Amar Clav Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Start

01 General Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing use of the Amar Clav platform. By registering, logging in, or using the service in any way, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

Amar Clav reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Amar Clav operates under an international gaming licence. Compliance with the conditions of this licence is mandatory for both the platform and its users.

02 Registration & Account Terms

To open an account with Amar Clav, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Age 18 Years must be.
• Each person may hold only One Account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration Accurate & truthful must be.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• If multiple accounts are to be opened by family members or from the same device, the support team must be notified in advance.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Amar Clav may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in account restrictions.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Amar Clav:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50 (via bKash & Nagad); ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Before withdrawal The deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• For a first-time large withdrawal (Above ৳10,000) KYC verification is mandatory.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless an exception is approved by the support team.
• Amar Clav does not charge any transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply a small fee.

If suspicious transactions, signs of money laundering, or fraudulent activity are detected, Amar Clav reserves the right to temporarily hold funds and conduct an investigation.

04 Betting Rules & Decisions

Before placing a bet on Amar Clav, please familiarize yourself with the following rules:

• Once a Bet Is Confirmed Non-Cancellable — unless Amar Clav management decides otherwise for specific reasons.
• Match result decided by the organiser Abandoned or Suspended the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, Amar Clav reserves the right to void that bet.
• Any bet placed on an already-known outcome due to network latency during in-play betting will be voided.
• A maximum bet limit may apply within a market — this varies by match and market.

Amar Clav uses data from international sports data providers to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, Amar Clav's decision is final.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Amar Clav offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to claiming and using them:

• For each bonus Specific Wagering Requirements Yes — typically you need to wager the bonus amount 5 to 30 times before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus Usage Time Limit — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, family, address, or device.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — they are also subject to wagering requirements.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Amar Clav platform:

1. Claiming bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts.
2. Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
3. Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
4. Exploiting any bug or technical glitch found on the platform.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
6. Unauthorized access attempts or cyberattacks against the system.
7. Harassing or defrauding other users.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

Amar Clav believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To support this, we offer the following features:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits The ability to set your own limits.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary account closure for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — account deactivation can be requested for a period of 6 months up to permanently.

• At the user's own request.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
