There are two ways to update personal information on your Amar Clav account. Simple changes — like your email address or communication preferences — can be made directly from your profile settings. For core details such as your mobile number or name, you will need to contact our support team for security reasons. Reach us at support@amarclav.net or via live chat. You may be asked to provide a copy of your NID or passport to verify your identity — this is purely to protect your account. Changes are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours, and a confirmation message will be sent once done.

Amar Clav supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are the most widely used. DBBL Mobile Banking and direct bank transfers are also accepted. You can deposit from as little as ৳50 via bKash or Nagad, while bank transfers have a slightly higher minimum. One thing to keep in mind for withdrawals — funds are generally returned via the same method used to deposit. If you deposited through bKash, your withdrawal will go back to bKash.
